Dear friends and family,

We are happy to greet you again and tell you about some of what the Lord has allowed us to do and experience while serving Him here in Fusagasugá, Colombia, in our local church, at the Missionary Institute, and in the neighborhood.

Church

At our local church, we have continued to have the privilege of serving in different ways. Jordan has been teaching on some Sundays, Eimy has helped with Sunday school classes, and we continue to lead worship on Sundays.

Youth group

On Saturdays at our church, we have continued with evangelistic classes with the neighborhood kids.

Jordan teaching

We realized that, for some time now, some of the kids had stopped coming on Saturdays. It turns out that they were at the neighborhood soccer field because several boys organize soccer games there on Saturdays at the same time as our youth group. So we decided to go to the field one Saturday a month, bring lemonade for everyone, and play soccer with them. We already had our first soccer Saturday at the neighborhood field with the kids and young guys and girls, and we thank the Lord for allowing us to spend time again with some of the kids who had stopped coming, ask them how they were doing, and meet new people through soccer as well. Please pray for us as we spend that time playing soccer with the neighborhood kids, that we may be a light.

Institute

We have been able to continue serving at the Bible Institute, helping with classes, work detail, music, theatrical plays, etc. And we have both worked on being intentional with the students, spending time with them and trying to encourage them.

One night we invited the students to eat hamburgers.

Jordan has been working on fixing up a room at the Bible Institute to store all the REJUVALI stuff in a more organized way. He built shelves, made a door, we painted the room... it's almost done.
We are very grateful for your prayers for us, your encouragement, and your support. We do not take it for granted, we appreciate you very much!

Please, continue to pray with us:

  • For the Lord's guidance in every step we take. We are about to finish a year of helping as teachers at the institute. This has been a great blessing! We have been asked if we would like to join the teaching team at the institute and move there. This would involve several things and, really, for the work of teachers, it would facilitate our involvement and participation. Even so, our desire is to be part of a tribal team. Pray with us in light of the jobs being offered to us, that the Lord will guide us, as we continue with the desire and goal of serving the Lord in an ethnic group. For now, we do not have clear direction as to which ethnic group, but we continue to pray.
  • For our time at the Bible Institute, may we be a blessing while we are here, and an example and challenge for the students and also for other teachers.
  • For the Saturdays we spent with the kids from the neighborhood and church. May more kids come to the Lord through this ministry, and may we continue to be encouraged as we lead it.
  • Weddings! Emily, Eimy's younger sister, is getting married in Mexico in April 2026. Benji, Jordan's younger brother, is getting married in Germany in July 2026. We would like to attend both weddings, so please pray with us for a miracle.
Thank you so much for serving with us in His work!

Your coworkers,

Jordan & Eimy Jaspe
