Director's Note

Nemo Kids is a show of many firsts. The story follows Nemo on his adventurous first day of school. The theme of ‘firsts’ is very present in our lives. This is the first show we’ve directed! For a lot of our campers, this is their first performance. As graduates of the class of 2024, we will be facing many firsts very soon. But before the multitude of firsts begins, we are incredibly grateful to spend our summer here with our amazing cast. The actors in this production have shown so much growth in the past 2 weeks and we are so proud of them! Although they are young, they each possess so much talent. Every camper has shown dedication and passion. We cannot wait to see what these kids will do as their passions grow! Thank you so much for sharing them with us. We hope after this experience, each camper can look out towards the “Big Blue World” and the adventures it supplies and think “All of them are waiting for me!” Enjoy the show!!
