The Week Ahead

Parent-Teacher Conferences are coming next week! This is a crucial opportunity to be able to meet with all of your child's teachers to discuss their progress, areas of strength, and areas of growth. We encourage every parent to sign up and attended during the time slots. Parents will sign up for 5 minute conferences with any and all of their child's teachers. A link with all of the teacher sign ups will be sent home through School Messenger on Tuesday 10/24. If you have any questions, please call the main office.

Eagle of the Week!

The Eagle of the Week is one student selected every week and nominated by a teacher for acts that go above and beyond for the MSE Community. This week's "Eagle of the Week" is Lily W. who was nominated by Mrs. Bayly who said "Lily consistently comes to school with a positive attitude. She cares about others and always asks how my day is going. She puts her full effort into everything she does. She shows resilience when working on math concepts that are challenging. She is friendly, respectful and responsible." Congrats Lily!

MSE Fundraiser!

We want to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible efforts you have put into our adrenaline fundraising campaign so far. Your dedication and support have been nothing short of amazing, and we have already made significant progress towards our goal. So far we are just shy of halfway to our goal of $30,000! We believe that with your continued enthusiasm and the power of our community, we can certainly achieve this goal. We believe that together, as a unified school community, we can achieve our fundraising target and provide essential support for our school programs and activities. Your generosity and commitment are what make this possible. The fundraiser closes on MONDAY OCTOBER 23 so we could use all the last minute help!!!

So please share the link above with friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, etc! Any little amount helps, even if that's $5 so we can provide amazing opportunities to support our kids this school year with enrichment, field trips, and other student programs. If you don't feel comfortable donating through the site or app, you can always bring cash to Mrs. Malaga in the main office, or send it with your child!

Thank You Blake's!

Blake's Orchard generously donated two special prize packs for us to raffle off last week for students who got donations to the fundraiser. Two lucky students were able to get passes for the haunted attractions for them and their friends along with a gift card to get some delicious donuts!! Congrats, and thank you to Blake's for supporting MSE!

Games will be played in the morning before school from 7:00am to 7:50 am so please check with your parents to make sure you are able to get dropped off. Doors open at 6:45. There is no cost to join and games will be played on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday mornings. A final schedule will be posted once we have our teams established. Information will be posted on each pod’s book storage room door. Any students interested in playing should stop by B-6 and see Mr. Maisano and sign up. When you sign up, you are expected to show up.
