Design a visually appealing poster in various sizes, including academic posters (A1/A0), to summarize research, project results, or key information in a concise and engaging manner.

Posters are great for summarising information in a concise and visually engaging way, perfect for conferences and academic settings. Also use for promoting key info and message too!

Getting Started

Create

  • From https://express.adobe.com/
  • Select ‘New’
  • Type ‘poster’ in the search box.
  • Select icon (templates) Adobe Express will create a blank page and show templates on left hand side.

Develop

  • Either select a template, customize the layout, text, images, charts, and table.
  • Or close templates window and resize page (A3, A4 etc.)
  • Academic posters: use visual communication tools like charts, grids & graphs, infographics, images and symbols (elements).
  • Promotional posters: use typography, space, and images and call to action.
  • Use the link to develop your skills: adobe.com/learn/express

Share & Collaborate

  • Collaborate: use ‘Share’ to invite them to comment or edit as a group.
  • Share: Send a link to a file – try view-only link to share on Teams or socials. Review on a phone/device. Looking good?
  • Download files: Grey 'Download' button in the top bar. Choose the file format to suit your needs, ready for uploading into Virtual Learning Environment or Website.
