Heroes of Hydrogen A book authored by Justin Jin makes impact on the EU's energy policy

A book photographed and written by Justin Jin, commissioned by Hydrogen Europe, referenced by the EU's Executive Vice President Frans Timmermans, his Green Deal policy team, and energy experts around the world.

The Book

The book was launched during the flagship event of Hydrogen Europe to 2,000 top-level hydrogen experts. The first copy of the book was presented to EU’s Vice President Frans Timmermans who heads the bloc's one trillion euro Green Deal.

Bio

International recognition for Justin's photography and writing includes awards by Picture of the Year International, Magnum Foundation and Hansel-Mieth, Germany's renowned journalism prize, where in 2021 he was awarded for both writing and photography. Rijksmuseum of Amsterdam hosted his major solo-exhibition.

Justin was born in Hong Kong, studied philosophy and political sciences at Cambridge University, and start his journalism career as a Reuters correspondent. He now lives in Brussels and specialises in long form photographic and text storytelling.
