  1. hospitality
  2. teamwork
  3. leadership
  4. integrity

Hospitality

Every business, ministry or team should believe that they are in the business of hospitality. The art of hospitality consists of treating people like you are glad that they're present, even if you wish they were somewhere else. It requires tasks and being goal-oriented.

Our hospitality course focuses on treating people that are in your daily rhythm like they have purpose and value. We provide an assessment of what is valuable to you so that you can mirror it in your hospitality efforts.

We will customize these sessions to help your team members take a personal inventory and then segue their discoveries into appropriate ways to implement this in their daily interactions.

KEY AREAS OF EMPHASIS:

  1. Customer Service
  2. After-sales Service
  3. Client Retention
  4. Helpline
  5. Troubleshooting

Session 1: Treating Individuals Like People vs Treating Them Like Interruptions (60 minutes)

Session 2: I'm Glad You're Here - I Think... (30 minutes)

Teamwork

Teamwork has been described many times as a "really good idea" but something that only exists conveniently from time-to-time.

Our sessions that focus on teamwork take a thorough look up and down the ladder. We begin by asking the hard questions about false advertisement when it comes to company values and mission statements. These sessions carry a lot of weight and are structured to be fully interactive with the participants.

The concluding portion of our teamwork exercise balances mission and target-based purpose, challenging clients to redefine some goals for all parties involved.

KEY AREAS OF EMPHASIS:

  1. Alliance Strength
  2. Employee Assistance
  3. Teamwork DNA
  4. Cooperative Effort
  5. Coordination and Delegation

Session 1: Does the Dream Work? (30 minutes)

Session 2: The Elevator is Broken (60 minutes)

Leadership

Many leaders think that they have expressed gratitude, but maybe it isn't heard. Many team members mistakenly think that they don't sit in a seat of leadership because their title doesn't say director, boss or manager.

The leadership sessions within the CORE FOUR focus on action and how seats and positions will shift and change when the work is being accomplished and intention is clarified. These presentations that focus on leadership are very honest and require trust within the participant group that there is a greater good within each organization that all are working toward.

If you're a sports enthusiast, political fanatic, or pop culture follower you can find leadership principles that apply during these sessions.

KEY AREAS OF EMPHASIS:

  1. Gratitude
  2. Development
  3. Communication
  4. Control vs Guidance
  5. Dedication
  6. Understanding

Session 1: Intention is Everything (40 minutes)

Session 2: Taking the ACT Test - Action Changes Things (50 minutes)

Integrity

Integrity is taught to children at a young age but how often is it caught by adults? Accountability matters and should be explored.

Walking your team through a 90-minute exercise on integrity and character markers will benefit everything from how they view their compensation to how they navigate personal challenges at the workplace. We take a dive into the golden rule together and dissect what it really means to people.

It's startling how much 'preaching' we do versus how much 'practicing' is actually implemented. Walking through the CORE FOUR together will help you tackle this challenge. It's important to not believe everything you think while also asking yourself from time to time, "what was I thinking?"

KEY AREAS OF EMPHASIS:

  1. Commitments
  2. Responsibilities
  3. Power of promise
  4. Ethics
  5. Follow-through
  6. Respect 101

Session 1: Who Am I When Nobody is Looking? (60 minutes)
