SKI NY Kids Ski Free Passport Program Now Open

Families interested in hitting the slopes this winter can now apply for the 2025–26 SKI NY “Kids Ski Free” Passport Program. This statewide initiative allows students in grades 3rd, 4th, and 5th to ski for free -- up to two times per participating mountain -- when accompanied by a paying adult. The program offers an affordable way for families to explore New York’s ski areas and enjoy outdoor winter fun together.

Program Highlights

• Valid seven days a week (holiday blackout dates may apply) • A $45 processing fee is required per application • Digital passports can be shown on a phone or printed • Adult lift ticket purchase is required • Rentals and lessons are not included Families can view full program details, participating ski areas, blackout dates, and the application by clicking the button below.
