Latest Passion Project: "This Could've Been a Video"

This Could've Been a Video (TCBV) is the multimedia engine for a growing plant-based lifestyle brand.

As the videographer and lead writer, I help TCBV share her journey across key areas: food and wine product reviews, fitness, and lifestyle advice. This project showcases my skills in visual storytelling and developing a unified, engaging tone for a recurring content series.

I created content strategies and refined website navigation for Gallagher Bassett and TSC Training Academy.

Gallagher Bassett - Training Homepage

Challenge: Upon acquiring TSC Training Academy, the Gallagher Bassett team needed to update the website to fit their corporate theme. Additionally, many users were confused by the name change and the previously difficult navigation structure of the site.

All-in-one Course Page Design

Solution: Based on user feedback, we implemented a redesign of the Course page so that it was easily searchable AND broke out the course catalog by category. We visually represented the change in categories by color-coding the course option. Additionally, the short course description was put front and center in the course card (right-hand column) that includes a link to view the course page, and we took user feedback seriously and executed a complete redesign of the Course page to ensure easy searchability and categorized the course catalog. We visually represented the different categories with color-coding and prominently placed the short course description in the right-hand column of the course card, along with a direct link to view the course page and access the calendar and registration link.

Content Strategy for TSC Training Academy

Challenge: Creating content that spoke to multi-lingual audiences of varying competencies/roles and highlighted the value-add of TSC's services.

Solution: This was an opportunity to flex my creative muscles and develop a content strategy that took advantage of where our customers were and the skills they were looking to learn and/or refine.

We created easily digestible and highly shareable creative content for a very niche service.
