Your Session Was AMAZING! What Happens Now?
THANK YOU! It’s truly an honor to be part of your story and capture these incredible memories. I can’t wait for you to see the magic we’ve created together! Now that your session is complete; the next step is bringing those beautiful images to life. Here’s what to expect next:
STEP 1 --> Proofing Gallery: Over the next few days, I’ll carefully review your images and create your personalized proofing gallery. You can expect to receive the link in your inbox within five days of your session. This is such an exciting part of the process for me, so don’t be surprised if I share a few sneak peeks along the way—I just can’t resist!
STEP 2 --> Choosing Your Images: Your Proofing Gallery will be active for approx 3 weeks. If you need more time, just reach out—I’m happy to accommodate! During this time you can review your images choosing your favorites to be processed. If the process feels overwhelming, I’m here to help every step of the way.
- Additional Digitals: Additional Digitals are available for $20 each.
- Large Gallery Buy-Out Packages:If you’re having trouble narrowing it down (totally normal!), a medium or large gallery buy-out might be perfect for you. This gives you the option to keep all or most of the images from your session for a flat rate.
- How Do Buy-Out Packages Work? Once you’ve made your selections and decided on a buy-out package, just let me know. I’ll send over an invoice, and once payment is received, I’ll begin processing your final gallery. Please note: larger galleries may take closer to 4 weeks to complete, as each image is carefully hand-edited.
STEP 3 --> Processing: This is where the magic happens! I carefully hand-process each image, bringing it to life with meticulous attention to detail. Please allow 3–4 weeks for completion. If you need your images sooner, let me know at the time of booking, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.
STEP 4 --> Final Gallery Delivery: Your images are ready! 🎉 You’ll receive a personalized gallery link where you can view, download, and treasure your beautifully finished photos. From there, you’ll also have the option to order prints, albums, and custom cards to bring your memories to life in tangible form.
