Emigration Expo Houten: 6 & 7 April 2024, 10:00 - 17:00

On Saturday and Sunday 6 & 7 of April, Europe's largest emigration fair opens for the public. And of couse you will find EURES Sweden present to answer all your questions.

Throughout the day we arrange presentations on various topics in our very own Sweden Arena on the first floor. Of course on Living and Working in Sweden, information about various branches with shortages, our language project Language is KEY (LIKE) and surely we do not forget to tell you about 'how to apply for benefits from the European Targeted Mobility Scheme'. Naturally we have a whole team of EURES Advisors standing by to provide you with information and answer your questions about emigrating to Sweden.

So, have you been pondering about all the things you need to know before moving to Sweden and don't know where to start? Then you should take a close look at the program and choose to attend the presentations which would be beneficial for you.

Every year, our presentation on Living and Working in Sweden attracts a large crowd. For that reason we have moved this presentation to the large auditorium (ZAAL 1) on the ground floor. Our EURES Advisers Lara Feller and Rob Floris, who have been living in Sweden for 18 and 22 years, will share with you all things practical when moving to Sweden, cultural differences and personal experiences. Of course there is time for questions, however, we want to ask you to save the really personal ones for a one-on-one conversation afterwards. Living & Working in Sweden on Saturday and Sunday, both days at 12:30 . Mind you this presentation is in Dutch!

Jobseekers interested to take part must first contact a EURES Adviser or a Public Employment Officer to get mobility support services. You will find detailed information here: 👇🏻
