How does a Polished + Stamped Party Work?

You set a date and invite your Nailfriends (your guests!). We arrive at your home or chosen location about 30 minutes before the party to assemble beautiful, inviting Manicure Stations for everyone.

Once we're set up, you and your guests can chat, snack, laugh and get ready to create gorgeous memories together! Everyone will be seated at their stations, where we'll start with inspiration: samples of completed nail designs. Guests then choose from our large collection of nail lacquers, stamping polishes and art design plates to create their manicures. We'll guide everyone through each step of a basic manicure and color application.

Once base manicures are completed, we'll demonstrate the nail stamping technique again. Then, it's time for that magical moment: stamping your own nails! Don't worry, each Nailfriend will get assistance as needed. The topcoat we supply dries in as little at 7 minutes, so you'll be ready to show off your custom nails in no time!

How Long Does a Party Take?

Please allow a minimum of 2 hours for the signature Polished + Stamped instruction and manicure time. This ensures all guests plenty of time to socialize and complete their beautiful manicures. Your party flows the way you want with our event positioned wherever in your schedule works best! For example, some people plan other fun activities before or after, while for others, the nail stamping event is the party.

The Junior Polish Party and Mini + Me Polish Party are each 1.5 hours long.

We do require 30 minutes for setup before your event, and another 30 minutes for tear down (once all manicures are complete). Please consider this when planning your event's total timeline.

Is there a minimum age?

We're thrilled to offer party events for all ages!

• Our signature Polished + Stamped Nail Party is for ages 14 - Adult
• The Junior Polish Party for ages 10-13.
• The Mini + Me Polish Party is for ages 4-13 with accompanying Adult.

What are your fees?

• Polished + Stamped Nail Party, (Ages 14-Adult): There's a $35 reservation fee to reserve your date, which also serves as a reservation for the hostess's Manicure Station. You can pay this fee after you submit your reservation form (we'll contact you!)
• This fee is refundable if you provide a confirmed cancellation of at least 7 days prior to your party date.
• Your reservation is confirmed once a minimum of 2 additional guests have reserved their Manicure Stations ($35 each) at least 7 days before your event.
• Your Nailfriends can reserve their Manicure Stations for $35 ahead of time by using the complimentary private party link we provide upon your reservation. We accept all major credit cards as well as payments via Venmo. *Please remember your reservation is not complete until at least two of your guests have completed their Manicure Station reservation prior to 7 days before your event.
• If you need to cancel for any reason, this fee can be refunded, provided you give a confirmed cancellation prior to 7 days of your party date. Polished + Stamped Nail Parties will complete your reservation as soon as minimum of 2 additional guests have reserved their Manicure Stations prior to 7 days before your event date.
• Your Nailfriends can easily reserve their Manicure Stations for $35 each using the complimentary private party link we provide upon your reservation. We accept all major credit cards and Venmo.

• Junior Polish Party (Ages 10-13): $25 per guest with a minimum of 3 and a max of 10 participants.

• Mini + Polish Party (Ages 4-13): $30 per adult-child duo, or $15 per person. We require a minimum of 3 duos and can accommodate up to 5 duos, with a maximum of 10 participants. Each child must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Are There Any Options or Add-ons?

Yes, absolutely!

• Custom Nail Party Splashpage: For just $15, we can provide you with a beautiful custom online splash page! This page will have all the details for your event plus an exclusive private party link for your guests to reserve and pay for their Manicure Stations ahead of time. You can request updates to this page at any time during business hours (9:00 a.m. - 3 p.m., Mon-Sat).
• Table Rental: We offer limited rental of a rectangular table that seats up to 6 additional guests for a flat $5 fee.
• Folding Chair Rental: Folding chair rentals are available for an additional $2 per chair, up to 6 chairs.

Can I Only Stamp On Natural Nails?

Not at all! You can stamp on ALL kinds of nails and nail enhancements! If you or your Nailfriends have natural nails you can do a full manicure and stamp a design. If any Nailfriend already has Gel, Acrylic or Press On nails they can ABSOLUTELY stamp on top of beautifully pre-manicured or pre-polished nails!

Can I Bring My Own Nail Polish?

YES! While Polished + Stamped  has a wide variety of nail shades and finishes, Nailfriends are welcome to bring their own base color if they prefer a specific shade we may not have available to polish their nails with before they stamp.

Do You Have a Cancellation Policy?

To ensure proper preparations for your Polished + Stamped Nail Party, we require a confirmed cancellation no later than 7 days before your party date.

• Cancelling within the 7 day window will result in forfeiture of the $35 reservation fee.
• Any guests who have prepaid will be refunded in full.

If your event is not canceled, but you have a guest or guests who will no longer be attending, their prepaid reservation will be refunded to them via the payment type they used, less a $4 processing fee.
