The Holiday Season is Here, DC!

The end of the year brings joy and opportunities for celebration, but it can also bring stress, anxiety, and health challenges. From last-minute shopping and preparing festive meals to coping with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), the holiday season can take a toll on your well-being.

That’s why we’re focusing on Healthy Holidays and Winter Self-Care this season! Join our wellness courses on topics like Winter Toolkit: Managing Grief, Loss, and Seasonal Depression; Healthier Ways for the HolidaysFood for Thought; and Five Fundamentals of Financial Well-Being. Mindful Mondays

Kickstart your week with our Mindful Mondays meditation classes to help you foster presence, sharpen focus, and lessen emotional reactivity. These sessions are designed to fortify your resilience against stress, heighten self-awareness, nurture healthier relationships, and ultimately elevate your quality of life.

30-Minute Meditation: Reduce Anxiety and Stress

Occurs Every Monday

11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. EST

Start your week with our Monday meditation classes to help you sharpen your focus, and get ready for the days ahead. Meditations are inspired to give your mind a little rest to rejuvenate and recharge.

Each 30-minute meditation helps relax the entire body, including the brain, the nervous system, and the heart’s blood pressure. Gentle slow breaths also nurture the immune system and lower rates of anxiety and depression.

Pamela, the meditation instructor, will be away on August 5th and has generously provided recordings during her absence. Employees can click on the specific date and watch the recording to keep their meditation habits and lifestyle strong!
