We stock our non-alcoholic drinks from Tame & Wild whos drinks are inspired by all that the english countryside has to offer, from blooming botanicals to the carefree climbers of the hedgerows.
Child Friendly Package
Children 14 years and under are free! We will provide a range of soft drinks including, juices, cordials and carbonated drinks free of charge throughout your wedding reception and wedding breakfast.
Package prices are inclusive of VAT, staffing, glassware, and incidentals.

After dinner Espresso Martini - £6 per guest. An amazing way to finish your wedding breakfast and to really get the evening festivities started. Each guest will receive a beautifully made fresh Espresso Martini from our team of excellent Mixologists.
Cocktail Hour - £14 per guest. Enjoy unlimited cocktails! Simply choose cocktails from our classic menu (available on request) to be served on an unlimited basis for one hour.
Champagne Tower - Our beautiful champagne saucer towers are eight glasses high and are a stunning centre piece for reception drinks or after dinner. Please enquire for more details.

VIVID will provide highly skilled bar staff/mixologists (approximately 1 to every 20 guests). Our professional and friendly team will be with you for the entire duration of the event to deliver a first-class drinks service.
On the day of your wedding, our team will always arrive at the venue at least two hours before the first guest arrives and will be on site until the last guest has left. There will always be a senior member of the VIVID team present to oversee the service in its entirety.
Pre-ceremony, our self-serve water station will be available for guests to enjoy as they arrive.
Post-ceremony, our team will organise, pour and tray serve your chosen reception drinks, engaging with guests to ensure any special requests are dealt with - topping up where required. Along-side reception drinks being served, our fully stocked bar will be open for guests to purchase drinks of their choosing.
Immediately after the bride & groom have taken their seats, we will provide a full wine service with the meal (as formal or as informal as you like) with each table having a dedicated tender. We will ensure table wine is promptly served and that water is readily available on tables before your guests take their seats. Guests will be topped up throughout the service without being overbearing but with no glass left empty.
We will ensure all guests have a full toasting glass ready for any planned speeches.
Tables will be cleared, and the venue kept highly organised and exceptionally tidy throughout.
Full evening bar service with cocktail mixology if required.
