Trip Information

Price: $285

• Includes: transportation, insurance, lodging, meals at camp, and all activities at camp.

Travel: We will depart directly after school on Friday and return Sunday around 4:30pm. We will travel in 56 passenger buses.

• Late Bus: We will have a late bus ONLY for those who MUST be at the football game Friday Night (players, cheerleaders, band, official student section leaders...)
• Seniors from CHS, FHS, PHS, and SHS can ride the late bus since it is their homecoming game. However, we have a limited number of seats on the late bus, so if it fills up, any seniors registering after that will need to ride the early bus.

Refunds: $50 is non-refundable. If you drop after Sept. 1st for weekend 1 and Sept. 8th for weekend 2, $100 becomes non-refundable. If you drop after Monday the week of the trip, your full payment is non-refundable.

• The reason $50 is non-refundable is we had over 100 kids each weekend register to hold a spot and then drop creating long waitlists and extra logistics and communication. With registration being less than a month from the trip, we hope kids who decide to register are committed to coming on the trip.

Cell Phones: We will be taking up cell phones once we arrive at camp. They will be securely stored and given back once we leave on Sunday. SharpTop’s number is 706.692.5635.

Adult Supervision: We will have over 100 staff and volunteer leaders staying in cabins and monitoring camp each weekend.

Warning: If your child is involved in any pranks to other cabins or is caught with drugs or alcohol, they will be sent home, and an adult must pick them up from camp. They will not be able to attend SharpTop the following year.

How To Register

Registration opens Sunday, August 17, for weekend 1 and Sunday, August 24, for weekend 2 at 8:45 pm

Spots are limited; therefore, registering your child does not confirm they have a spot. We will email everyone within 72 hours after registration, confirming if they have a spot or are on a waitlist. Anyone not making it off the waitlist will receive a full refund.

Registering Siblings: We will take the timestamp on the first sibling registered and apply it to other registered siblings. There will be a section on the registration page to check if you are registering siblings.

Important: You will need your child's insurance information when registering.
