"A" Competitive Community Programs
U12 A - U18 A
(2013-2007)
The "A" programs fall under the Soccer for Life stage of the Long Term Player Development program outlined by Canada Soccer. They will play in a league format and team sizes will not exceed 18-22 players. The boys and Girls program will be separate. Players will generally receive a minimum of 2 team practices a week, plus 12-14 games during the season, with the potential to qualify for Playoffs and Provincials.

Fee does not include:
- Additional tournaments/events entered by the individual teams
Team Selections
There will be no formal tryout process but the first few weeks of training will be used to ensure all players are practicing and playing at the appropriate level
Parents to Provide
Contributions to individual team budget for extra tournaments/festivals, additional practice and team socials.
Coaching Qualifications
All HCSC coaches are mandated to complete all requirements by our governing bodies (Soccer Nova Scotia and Canadian Soccer Association) including their soccer-specific training, making ethical decisions, respect in soccer and a valid police check.

Program & Communication Management Software for smooth communication between team leaders, coaches, members and guardians on one platform.
All Halifax City families will be required to use Spond to access their schedule and receive the latest information for everything related to the club.
We will send a unique link for each program prior to the start of the first training session.
