A MESSAGE FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT
Warmer weather, longer days, and the excitement of the upcoming spring break have certainly been a popular topic of conversation among our students lately. While these are certainly happy thoughts, they pale in comparison to the incredible energy and positive vibes that come from hearing our educators talk about the remarkable growth of our students.
This growth is shining through in so many ways. You can see it in the Art Show currently on display at the Muskego Public Library. You can hear it in the spring concerts and musical performances happening across our district. It is evident in the outstanding achievements of our Forensics team and Future Business Leaders of America. I’m quite certain we all felt it when our girls basketball team qualified for the WIAA State Tournament for the first time in school history.
Perhaps the most inspiring place to witness this growth shine is at the parent-teacher conferences happening across our district. There’s nothing quite like seeing students beam with pride as they reflect upon their academic journey and the challenges they have overcome. Equally powerful are the proud smiles of our staff as they share stories of the perseverance and growing confidence in our students.
March is a truly incredible time of the year, and what makes it so special is you and the partnership we share. When you show up, your student feels it, and our staff values it. Your support is a critical factor in the success of this journey. Thank you! Please keep showing up because we have great things ahead.
Retirements
A hearty congratulations goes out to the following staff who have been approved by the School Board to retire at the end of the 2024-25 school year. Collectively, they have put in many years of service to the profession, students, and community, and we are thankful for all of their commitments to bring our system to higher ground. We wish each of them the very best in their next adventures.
