Redwood Area School District #2897’s new $46.63 million construction project will showcase an expansive project comprising a multi-story P-K-4 school spanning 80,425 square feet. This state-of-the-art facility will incorporate Cardinal Kids Club, modern classrooms, flex spaces, administrative offices, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cafeteria complete with a music/stage area. Furthermore, an 8,523-square-foot game court capable of seating 160 individuals will double as a storm shelter, ensuring safety during adverse weather conditions. Outdoor amenities will encompass parking lots, retention ponds, walking paths, designated playground areas, and a playfield tailored for outdoor educational programs catering to all students.
