Loran Scholarship Finalist

Congratulations to Wellington Secondary Student Clay Johnson who was recently selected as a 2024 Loran Finalist. Out of a pool of more than 5,200 applicants, the 90 graduating high school and CEGEP students selected as Loran Finalists for the class of 2024 have demonstrated their drive to step up in the face of challenges and positively impact their communities across the country.

"Loran is an incredibly holistic award; they really care about their participants, and prioritize getting to know the real you by emphasizing conversation and interviews in the selection process. I've already met so many amazing people who have infused me with excitement not only for my future in education, but also as a human being in the world. Loran is beyond awesome, and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to attend the final selections in February." Clay Johnson, Wellington Secondary School
