Dear Bluejay Family,

Thank you all for your incredible generosity during our 5 Days for the Bluejays! Thanks to your enthusiastic participation, we’re excited to announce that all of our students will get to join in the fun at our 9th Annual Color Run!

More importantly, your contribution to the St. Cecilia Fund helps ensure that we can continue providing an exceptional education rooted in faith, academic excellence, and community. Your support allows us to invest in our students' spiritual, intellectual, and personal growth, empowering them to thrive both in and out of the classroom.

We also want to take a moment to thank those of you who have graciously complied with the right-turn-only rule when exiting the car line. While we understand this might cause a slight inconvenience, your cooperation is vital for the safety of our students, staff, and crossing guard, and it helps ensure a smooth traffic flow. The safety of our community is always our top priority. We've received concerns from parents who have observed near-misses of our crossing guard due to a few drivers not following the rule. Let’s continue working together to keep everyone safe.

For those needing to head east on HWY 90, Mayor Bourque announced this week that the Garber Road bridge near North Bernard Road has now reopened, providing a convenient alternate route. You might also consider parking at One Heart and allowing your child to walk, which would allow you to exit via Railroad and bypass the car line entirely.

Thank you again for your understanding and support in all aspects of our school community!

Grace & Peace,

Erin B. Henry

Principal

"Give and gifts will be given to you; a good measure, packed together, shaken down, and overflowing, will be poured into your lap. For the measure with which you measure will in return be measured out to you." Luke 6:38

Dear Bluejay Family,

As our fall sports are coming to a close within the next few weeks, we are looking to finish strong in volleyball, cross country, and football. Volleyball finished their season this week. Cross country was off during the school week, but will return in the annual Middle School Run for a Cure. Football played Thursday night at STM. The 5/6th grade boys are vastly improved from last year’s team. They are playing with determination and grit. The 5th graders are not only contributing, but seeing success. It is truly a sight to see the boys having fun at football. The 7/8th grade boys played possibly one of the best games that I and many fans ever witnessed. They defeated a very tough and talented St. Pius squad. The boys have continued the tradition of winning with class and dignity. All of the boys and staff have adopted the team first mentality, and the results are showing. Prior to the game, the 8th grade cheerleaders and football players met their parents on the 50 yard line at Cougar Stadium to be honored one last time. Special thanks to Mrs. Sheree Prince for photographing the parents and kids’ special memories!

Additionally, we cohosted the game with St. Pius, and ran a collection for Miles Perret Cancer Services Center. The Bluejays and Cougars generosity totalled $600! This is an unbelievable act of generosity and compassion for those suffering from cancer. Be proud, Bluejays!
