Language Arts 7 Narrative Nonfiction - Final Drafts. 2024-2025

It is late afternoon, in the peak of fall. I'm inside the hospital room, waiting for the nurse to place an IV in my hand. I can hear the beeping and setting of the machines. I can see all of the little wires and handles, and it freaks me out. I'm wondering, “Is that all going to be used on me?” I take a sip of my drink and I can taste the cooling flavor of the water. I hear the nurse walking into the room, and the sliding of the metal handles attached to the curtain makes a piercing sound through the air. It is weirdly satisfying. I feel the coldness of the anti-bacterial wipe being wiped back and forth on my hand. Then, I feel the sharp needle poking through my skin, and the coldness of the liquid flowing up my hand and my veins.

The main character is me (gabby :3 ) I have brown chocolate hair with blonde little peekaboos. My nose is like a little ski slope, for people to do little twists and turns in the snow. I have blue eyes like the great lakes and pupils like the little fish. My cheeks have little red bumps like bee stings. I have a deeper voice, like my father's. I speak in a very proper way, fully enunciating my words and sentences. I’m mostly motivated by myself. I like saying, “Just do it, and get over it," I was very motivated to get help with these headaches so that I could live a typical life like everyone else. I end up getting help with these headaches and feeling better! I found some amazing answers and I ended up changing for the better. :)

It was 18:00 pm on the first day of spring. At a wedding, all that you could hear was the noises of people talking, The Nova Vida, Turning pages, buzzing chatter of people downstairs. The things you could see are the guests, The Denali’s, Mr. Webber, Angela Webber, The Clearwater’s. The bride (Bella Cullen) & groom (Edward Cullen)This pack consists of Sam Uley (Alpha), Jared Cameron (Beta), Paul Lahote (third-in-command), Brady Fuller, Collin Littlesea, and by the end of Breaking Dawn seven more unnamed members. Ephraim Black is the original one who started the Quillette La Push pack. The feelings you would feel at their wedding are Joy, the joy of seeing Bella, & Edward marrying each other. It gets awkward more in the wedding ceremony.

The flowers that were at the wedding were roses, delphiniums, stocks, sweet peas, hyacinths, ranunculus, freesia, cherry blossom, wisteria, and viburnum along with umbrella ferns, and lots of moss. The main character is the weatherman John Morales. He looks like this. He sounded worried and scared when he found out about Hurricane Milton. He was into being a meteorologist because it was fun and interesting for him. He will get emotional when he finds out about hurricanes.

There was a lot of flooding and tornados and lots of damage to people's homes and businesses and the beaches. The problem is there is a lot of damage and things that need to be fixed. There were a lot of emotions of people being stressed trying to prepare for the hurricane and then crying because some people lost everything.

All the flooding made a lot of stuff go bad. A lot of homes were ruined because of water damage and the animals there had to swim because in some places the flooding was so bad. Some people lost family in the water because the water had a strong current.

The theme of the story is Mother Nature and its wicked force.

You learn about how the hurricane is so distrustful.

I am proud of it because it is something that happened and it means a lot to some people.
