Immediate Immersive Experience upon entering the building, visitors and employees encounter a branded, interactive kiosk that provides:Dynamic Welcome Screen – Rotating visuals and videos aligned with brand identity set the tone for innovation and professionalism.“You Are Here”

Orientation – An interactive map with wayfinding instantly grounds users in the space, helping them locate meeting rooms, labs, and key offices.One-Touch Visitor Check-In – Guests can sign in manually or generate a unique code, triggering real-time host notifications. This reduces friction and enhances security.Announcements & Alerts – Building updates, events, or emergency alerts appear immediately on screen, ensuring timely communication. Accessibility-First.

Design – ADA compliance, text-to-speech, high-contrast themes, and multilingual support (English, Spanish, French, Japanese) make the experience inclusive from the start.

This aligns with the TSP role because the project depends on systems integration, backend management, and technical orchestration to deliver a seamless, scalable platform.

Core Concepts & Experiences - the catalog includes four themed multi-sensory journeys, each blending drinks, scents, visuals, sound, and tactile elements:Root Signal – Earthy, primal, future-forward; bold tea- and chicory-based drink paired with smoky “Ember Code” scent.Equilibrium – Calming and harmonizing; peach/tulsi mocktail with “Breathaura” fragrance mist for parasympathetic reset.Zest Pop – Joyful and playful; sparkling guava-citrus fizz with “Giggle Rush” fragrance for creativity and social openness.Unbound – Defiant and rebellious; chili dragon fruit + coconut fusion drink with “Wild Signal” fragrance disrupting norms.Each concept is engineered to trigger specific emotional arcs, requiring precise coordination of content, sensory delivery, and environmental staging .
