Consultation

$200 per 1.5 hours

Welcome. This is our consultation space for those who want to understand more about secure attachment, trauma-stress patterns, communication processes, relational satisfaction, harmony-conflict, and/or family systems.

We also co-lead a group space about "relationships" that we typically offer twice a month. Here, we discuss how to create, negotiate, and maintain meanings with others in and through communication. __________________ CoAuthorings $50 per person [date-time] _________________

Uncertainty

Expectations & Social Norms

Our experiences of relationships are often riddled with what we have witnessed of our past, the capacity of our sociality, and the possibilities of where we can be located. A more in-depth understanding of communication is key to expanding in our experiences with others across roles, interpersonal relationships, and close relationships.

Reciprocity and rewards

Families

Discourse-Dependence

Understanding and addressing competing meanings in our relationships with others relies on competent and effective communication processes. It is often in and through our close relationships that we are moved to stretch in our understandings as we engage in new frames of reference for inclusivity.

Communication

Resilience

Across health-related, intergenerational, workplace, financial, and societal stress, our relationships have the capacity to adapt and transform if they can engage in an effective communication process.

Relational Satisfaction

Relationships are constantly changing. Communication offers us a fluid, ongoing process that focuses on the meanings between people as they live in and through the historical, relational, and sociocultural contexts of their worlds.
