For me, true innovation doesn’t start with the new – it starts with letting go of the outdated. This principle, known as exnovation, is a vital part of how I understand and shape innovation. By deliberately phasing out obsolete structures, technologies, or mindsets, we free up the capacity to focus on what truly matters. It’s not just about doing things better, but about doing the right things. Combining innovation with exnovation leads to greater efficiency, strategic clarity, and meaningful progress – and that’s the foundation of my approach.
