The Adams Atoms were attentive, kind, and great participants! The Midland Chemics had a blast!
Mrs. Vidergar's class ranked the day as "sparkle jazz hands" and the highlight was the big kids sharing time with them! Thank you Teachers of Tomorrow!

PYP (Primary Years Programme) Learning in Action

Students in Ms. Erin LeJeune’s fourth grade classroom at Adams Elementary recently participated in a community building activity to help develop their Approaches to Learning. Students were challenged to write a Learner Profile Attribute with one marker as a group. The only way they were able to control the marker was by holding on to the strings attached. This proved to be challenging, but also very rewarding!

After the activity, students were asked to reflect on the Approaches to Learning they used while working in their small groups. Students found that they needed to utilize communication skills, self-management skills, and social skills to be able to complete the activity successfully. Great work Adams Atoms!
