At AMS, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is a cornerstone of our organisation. While DEI is embedded into our talent processes, governance, data, and the communities in which we operate, we knew there was opportunity to expand our thinking.

The AMS Diversity Alliance allows DEI in permanent, contingent and flexible working to elevate with a network of partners, turning collaboration into transformational action. In this forum talent acquisition insights can be shared including DEI thought leadership, case studies, best practices, and market data.

We are proactively focused on driving positive change and increasing diverse representation across our clients’ workforces. Through powerful partnerships, fuelled by evidence and insight led intelligence, we strive to enact lasting positive change towards diverse representation.

How can we partner together?

We are committed to making long-term, significant change in the DEI space. We know that creating workforces that are reflective of the communities in which organisations operate is a necessity. This collaboration brings together the hiring process with the talent pools to ensure that throughout the entirety of recruitment each part of the network is considered, and valuable change can be made from shared knowledge.

We work with clients and AMS client services teams to proactively engage underrepresented talent pools and support an inclusive end-to-end recruitment process and, leveraging partner services such as DEI jobs boards, inclusive training, process consultancy services and events/ campaign support. Using the latest DEI best practice and insight via our partner network, we help our clients make well-informed decisions that make a real difference to candidates who traditionally face employment barriers.
