A key part of the Holiday season is going to the Daybreak Winter Market each year! This year we had a wide variety of local vendors with items ranging from personalized lego sets or jewelry, to hot sauce or sweaters! Over a hundred excited families with children lined up to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus to share their greatest Christmas wish-lists. All together, makes for a truly magical time at the market every year!

LiveDAYBREAK Program Funding
LiveDAYBREAK is funded by Community Enhancement Fees (CE Fees), which are collected at the closing of each property sale within Daybreak. The fees collected are used to support community programs, clubs, grants, and events. The Homeowners Association (HOA) and LiveDAYBREAK are separate entities and have different funding sources.
LiveDAYBREAK plays a dynamic leadership role in helping Daybreak be the most desirable community in Utah by creating a culture where our residents live more fulfilling lives. This is achieved by focusing our events, activities, and programs around five values:
