We are now reaching a key milestone in our plans to bring Center Parcs to the Scottish Borders.
Next week, we are holding our final pre-application consultation event - this is your last opportunity to speak to members of the design team and make comments before the planning application is submitted to Scottish Borders Council (SBC) in the summer. Thereafter, the application will be advertised and comments can be made directly to SBC Planning.
To allow as many of you as possible to attend, we have decided the host the event over two days:
- Tuesday 20th May - 2pm to 7pm at Hawick Rugby Football Club
- Wednesday 21st May - 11am to 7pm at Hawick Rugby Football Club
Consultants and members of the Center Parcs team will be present to discuss the planning application, design, landscaping, traffic, water and drainage, ecology, architecture and arboriculture.
We will also be showing our updated masterplan, a 3D flythrough, physical model of the proposed site, CGIs, and visuals for accommodation and central buildings.
Please note, the same information/visuals will be on display on both days.
