Wattles Fun Run - This Friday!
The Wattles Fun Run is THIS Friday and we have a long way to go in order to meet our goal of $20,000. Please know that this is our single most important fundraiser and the money raised at this event pays for buses for fifth grade camp, classroom donations, teacher appreciation, and so much more. We appreciate your partnership as we work toward meeting our goal.

- Wednesday, 10/11: Grade 5 to Troy Historical Museum
- Thursday, 10/12: Informance - Mrs. Buchanan's Class Only 2:30 PM
- Friday, 10/13: Grade 1 to Stony Creek Orchard in AM

Updates
Changes in Breakfast - Please Read & Take Action
We continue to work toward consistency in our breakfast service. The TSD has provided many resources on the TSD School Hub, including information about breakfast, to ensure that your child is receiving/not receiving breakfast per your request (see below). I have also included the original flyer with the QR code and a direct link (see below). Please use this to OPT-IN or OPT-OUT. This will help to reduce confusion.

Parking Lot Updates
For your safety, and the safety of our Wildcats, please follow the flow of the parking lot. Recently, we've seen many drivers pull into the parking lot, and make an immediate left, going against traffic to park. This is not only dangerous, but puts drivers at risk for an accident.
There are "No Parking" signs along the house on the left as your enter the school parking lot. Please know that the Troy Police Department is monitoring this area and will begin ticketing if you are illegally parked.
Why Flexible Seating?
As part of the bond that was passed last fall, classrooms across the district will be receiving new furniture. Wattles is scheduled for full implementation in the fall of 2024. Mrs. Ambrozy, Mrs. Brennan, and Mrs. Zavich are piloting new furniture. Meetings are regularly held across the district to provide education and discourse about the new furniture. Consider attending the PTO meeting on Tuesday, which will be held in Mrs. Ambrozy's room to check it out!
