Background
Lead Consultant, Jay (Jae) is a Public Health and Criminal Justice Researcher, Subject Matter Expert and Policy Analyst, advising institutions and delivering professional trainings since 2014. Liaison Consulting Services (LCS) was established in 2018 after several years of providing professional development training, supporting research projects, and extensive relationship building. Jay bridges professional seniority, academic scholar, lived experience, and community-informed evidence to advise organizations in best practices and harm reduction approaches in research, program development, law and policymaking to improve service delivery outcomes. Liaison Consulting Services holds NGO consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC consultative status) in collaboration with global human rights organizations since 2021. Her work annually contributes to discussions at The United Nations Commission on the Status of Women on global access to HIV/STI prevention, education and treatment access as well as marginalized and criminalized worker occupational health and safety. Liaison Consulting Services include but are not limited to policy consultation, institutional training, keynote speaking, research collaboration, program development/evaluation and other academic collaborations.

This training is designed to awaken and promote contagious awareness among criminal-legal practitioners around the impact of daily micro decisions and potential real world ripple effects. In Living Color-Law, Policy, sex work & trafficking
A workshop designed for academics and public health, social work, criminal and legal practitioners examining evidence-based drivers shaping the experiences of sex workers and survivors of trafficking through research review, media analysis, and audience participation exercises.
