ABOUT ME
I'm Hours, an advanced scripter with over 6 years of solid experience in Roblox Programming. I've been programming and learning about code since elementary school, although I started taking it seriously during the COVID pandemic in 2020. I'm proficient with Java, Python, and of course Luau. I've been on the Roblox platform for nearly a decade at this point, and my experiences working and playing a variety of games and projects definitely helps my programming experience. I'm based in California; timezone is PST (GMT-8).
I'm able to, and have scripted, a wide variety of things, from guns to pets to entire frameworks to simple UI animations. I'm willing to learn new technologies and frameworks to speed up workflow, I can do entire bug reviews/code optimizations and can work with all types of code. I promise commitment and dedication to all projects, and I'll be more than happy to let you know if something is outside of my scope.

AOE Sword Slashes
Simplistic AOE Slashes, created custom hitboxes and VFX as well as simplistic knock back based on camera.
Food Truck Ordering System
- Created a custom database to that pulls random foods and displays them on a UI
- Highly scalable; able to add custom npcs, foods, etc
- Simple UI/Camera Animation Work
Shop + Inventory System
- Passion project I worked on throughout the summer, all Scripting done solely by me
- Prioritized scalability; shop creates tabs based on amount of items in a database and correctly displays its image, name, price, and description
- Dynamically updated currency and inventory
Title Screen w/ Custom Transition
Enemy NPC Behavior
- Project was lost but I created an AI framework for future NPCs for a Sci-Fi wave defense game
- Simple prototype, but demonstrates dynamic programming + simple NPCs
Flight System
- Features custom drag
- Demonstrates semi-advanced physics work
- Was extremely easy to modify values and add on to this system, plan to expand in the future
Getsuga Tenshou Ability
Simple anime ability, added knock back and hitboxes, as well as ground FX and impact frame(s)
Dialogue System
- Modular Database of text trees for easy customization
- Allows for quick, easy additions to dialogue
- Simple, clean UI created by myself

Placement System
Worked on a basic prototype of a placement system to be handed off to another scripter as this wasn't my primary task, features optimized detection, clipping, and of course mouse-accurate placement
Combat System
- Clean and secure hitboxes
- Smooth knockback
- Consistent m1 chain (with m1 resetting)
- Functional for both attacker and person being attacked
PRICING
My prices start at 4,000 Robux and 20$ USD. If a project/task takes me less than a day to complete, I'm more than willing to reduce the price. I don't only take game percentage. I'm pretty flexible with payments, so if you want to do on completion that works although I prefer small upfront payments. Like I said before, I'm more than willing to communicate my prices and why I charge for certain systems, and I'm also willing to negotiate as well.
