Casinos and bingo halls in London are closing

UK casinos and bingo halls are being temporarily closed as of today following rising COVID-19 cases.

The rise in positive cases has led the UK to decide to enter a stricter phase of restrictions to reduce the number of cases.

Areas affected by this change include Greater London and parts of Essex and Hertfordshire in southern England.

Not only is no one allowed to attend casinos and bingo halls, but supporters are also not allowed to attend sporting events held at the above venues.

Simon Thomas, CEO of The Hippodrom Casino London, said of the shutdown order

"The government has announced that all hospitality businesses will be forced to close for a short time over Christmas as London moves to the third floor.

"The good news is that we will work hard behind the scenes to make the reopening much bigger, better and bolder than before, in true Hippodrome style. Until then, I hope you have a very happy Christmas and holiday season. Stay safe, take care. And I'll see you soon." 슬롯사이트
