We wanted to share some pictures of our wonderful sensory room here in the hub. It is a lovely calm space where we like to go and have some quiet time, relax in the swing and use the sensory toys and equipment to help us regulate. It is also the perfect space to help encourage communication and positive interactions.
On our forest school outings this week we went on a nature walk. We collected some leaves threading them on to a stick, pine cones, conkers and sticks. When we got back to school we used our natural treasures to make some faces - we had some super results!
Finally it's been lovely this week to see the beginnings of some positive interactions with each other, playing alongside, sharing spaces and equipment. Our trips out are the perfect places to help these happen.
