Shelby Farms Park: Features trails, lakes, playground, horseback riding, ziplining, and the beautiful Greenline and so much more. At 4,500 acres, it is one of the largest urban parks in the country.

Tom Lee Park: Located right on the Mighty Mississippi, the newly redesigned Tom Lee Park, bring activities for kids and adults a like. Basketball courts, a playground, beautiful gardens, an outdoor gym, putting green, cafes, and walking trails on 30 acres all in the heart of downtown Memphis but away from the hustle and bustle.

Big River Crossing: Big River Crossing is a pedestrian and bicycle bridge between Memphis, TN and West Memphis, AR. It is the longest public pedestrian and cyclist bridge across the Mississippi River spanning nearly a mile in length. The bridge provides dramatic views of the Memphis skyline, Arkansas floodplains and Mississippi River.

Memphis Botanic Garden: This beautiful 96 Acre botanical garden includes 23 specialty gardens and the Radians Amphitheater where you can enjoy live music during the summer concert series. My Big Backyard features a 2.5 acre family garden designed for jumping, splashing, digging, creating, daydreaming, and simply enjoying time spent outdoors

The Memphis Zoo: The Memphis Zoo is ranked in the top 10 zoos in the United States with its one of a kind exhibits such as a Zambezi River Hippo Camp, Teton Trek, and the Northwest Passage. In the summer, families can enjoy the Splash Park located in the zoo.
