A Special Reader Visits First Grade During Read Across America Week

Special guest reader visits first grade for Read Across America Week.

Otselic Valley first grade students in Mrs. Stoklosa’s class recently welcomed a special guest reader as part of Read Across America Week. Board of Education member Michael Foor-Pessin visited the classroom to share a story and celebrate the joy of reading with students.

Students enjoyed listening to the story, asking questions, and spending time reading with a special guest. The visit was a fun and meaningful way to recognize a week dedicated to reading and literacy. Thank you to Mr. Foor-Pessin for helping make reading extra special for our first graders!
