UPON YOUR ARRIVAL
HOTEL CHECK-IN
When you arrive in Shelton, you can proceed directly to your Tournament hotel where you will individually check-in to your rooms. Rooms have been reserved for participants per their request.
Standard hotel procedures when checking-in require a credit card number for deposit. This deposit will insure individual billing of room service and any other incidental charges. Please remember, hockey sticks will not be allowed in the hotel or rooms, because sticks tend to cause accidental damage in the rooms and halls. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping sticks in your cars or the team bus.
CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION
If any changes to your room reservation are necessary, please log into your CAN/AM account and make the changes one week prior to tournament start. (Your reservation locks by midnight on Thursday one week prior to the start of the tournament.)
When adding guests to your reservation on-site, our tournament staff will provide you with all the necessary documentation for the weekend. When cancelling a guest for an insured reservation, we will issue a voucher for a refund. Please email tournaments@canamhockey.com at tournament conclusion to initiate your refund request.
