FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Happy October! It’s hard to believe we are back from fall break and already a few weeks into the fall season. Our students have settled into routines, classrooms are full of energy and curiosity, and the growth we’ve already seen is inspiring. Thank you for your continued partnership in helping make this school year a success.

This month brings many exciting learning opportunities and school events. Teachers are diving deeper into core instruction while also encouraging creativity through hands-on projects and fall-themed activities. We’re especially proud of how our students are showing kindness, responsibility, and respect — our school values — both in and out of the classroom.

As cooler weather arrives, please remember to send your child with a jacket labeled with their name. We’ll continue to enjoy outdoor recess as long as the weather allows!

We also look forward to connecting with families during parent-teacher conferences in a few weeks. These conversations are a great way to celebrate your child’s progress and set goals for the months ahead. Your partnership makes a real difference in your child’s success.

Finally, October is always a fun month at our school! Be on the lookout for information about Spirit Week, Book Fair, and our Math Family Night. These events bring our community together and remind us that learning can be joyful.

Thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and trust. Our school community is strong because of families like yours!

Wishing you a wonderful and cozy October,

Rachel Storment
