Community Support and Offers for adults and families

Our local community provides a number of services to support in a wide range of areas. We work with the Salendine Nook Family Hub to share information.

You may need to use a Food Bank as a one off or regularly. Whatever the reason, we can make a referral for you. We do not ask questions. We keep the information completely confidential. Our School Council have been working hard to support our planet, taking a keen interest in landfill to save our planet. To support with this, we have joined up with Uniform Exchange who offer free uniform to both primary and secondary pupils in our local area. Uniform is available to everyone and you can request here:

We often have 'Pop Up' Uniform Exchange shops during key events throughout the year, such as Parents Evening, Open Days, Information Events and more. You can find out when through our weekly newsletter.

Support for Families with Disabled Children is Funded by the Department for Education and managed by Family Fund, the SFDC programme provides a wide range of grant items to families in England with a low-income, who are raising a disabled or seriously ill child or young person. Help if you’re on a low income-You may be able to get a Family Fund grant if you’re raising a disabled or seriously ill child or young person. This can help pay for things like: furniture and household products clothing and toys family breaks and days out Family Fund will assess your finances to see if you’re eligible.
