"NEVER INVEST IN A BUSINESS YOU CAN NOT UNDERSTAND. "

- WARREN BUFFETT

ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. I went to California State University- Sacramento for pursuing my bachelor's in Finance.

Over recent years, I have developed a passion for analyzing current events as well as how they affect the economy. This interest originates from my experience in analyzing the stock market back at the university. During my last year of school, I joined the Student Investment Fund (SIF), a company-liked student organization that allowed us to manage a portfolio of over $250,000.

To further enhance my interest, I first worked at PWC to understand more about the company's operations and structure. Then, I worked at the Yuanta Securities Investment Company as a broker. From that job experience, I have gained some skills in analyzing the stock, bond, and commodities markets, which allow me to develop my understanding of how the practical implications of economic theory work in a financially focused setting.

Currently, I am getting my Master's in Applied Economics at San Jose State University to strengthen my understanding of macro- and micro-economics.
