My passion is for every person to have the opportunity to hear the gospel, and I believe that families are one of the greatest untapped resources to see that happen. Therefore, I am passionate about helping families grow together and impact their corner of the world for Jesus.
Having received a clear call to the Muslim world in, college I served with Cru in many nations. There I shared the gospel with students and equipped national and regional leaders to steward resources from the Lord. This was all in order to reach more people with the good news of Jesus Christ.
Becoming a wife and mother later in life, I felt the Lord drawing my heart to hurting families in the local communities around me. Therefore, when I was challenged to lead operations for the new field ministry of FamilyLife, a role that would allow me to equip families to reach families with the good news of Jesus, I eagerly accepted.
I am now leading teams of staff to accelerate the mission of helping families grow together and impact their corner of the world through:
- sending families on mission trips where they learn to share the gospel together and take it back to their communities
- equipping leaders with information to more clearly see what the Lord is doing around and through them
- continually developing strategy, direction, and systems to reach more families
I love that I get to send families God has created on mission and support the staff and leaders who work with them, helping them to take their next steps toward Jesus.
