Talietha

Born in New Hope, Trelawny, in January 1986, Talietha is a passionate singer-songwriter whose music is rooted in love, powerful emotions and authentic storytelling. Raised in a Seventh-day Adventist home, she attended Albert Town Primary School before beginning her secondary education at Albert Town High School. At age 15, Talietha migrated to Kingston, where she attended Excelsior High School. It was there that her passion for music truly flourished. Throughout her life, she has performed with more than ten musical groups and was an active member of her school choir, participating in JCDC competitions and developing her vocal artistry from an early age. While music has always been close to her heart, Talietha pursued a career in Nursing, studying at Northern Caribbean University. Nursing remains both her profession and one of her greatest passions, reflecting her deep commitment to helping and connecting with others.

Beyond music and healthcare, Talietha is a creative at heart. She enjoys painting, abstract art, and interior décor, drawing inspiration from beauty, emotion, and everyday life. A devoted wife and mother, she is family-oriented and dedicated to serving her loved ones. Talietha has previously been featured during the Christmas season on Television Jamaica (TVJ) with her school band and has also showcased her vocal talent through her YouTube cover of ‘Never Enough’ - The Greatest Showman. Her debut single, “Trapped in Love,” introduces listeners to her signature sound—a soulful blend of reggae and contemporary influences. Through heartfelt lyrics and rich melodies, Talietha aims to connect with audiences through music that inspires, uplifts, and resonates with real-life experiences. As she continues her musical journey, Talietha remains committed to creating songs that reflect her values, her creativity, and her love for the arts.
