Happy Monday! Thanks for a great Booster Club Meeting last week. It was great to see new faces and we appreciate all the involvement. 💙 Don't forget that parents of the dancers are welcome to attend the Welcome Farewell Reception tomorrow from 5:00-7:00 on May 16 at the Buinger. To help us plan and accommodate the extra guests, please use this form to let us know if you plan to attend. Remind your dancer to bring the flower and tapered candle.

June Calendar Fundraiser- Pick a date to donate

If you are still looking for sponsors or need support for drill team expenses, consider participating in the optional Calendar Fundraiser where you ask friends and family member to pick a date to donate. Janna created the calendars for Instagram and/or Facebook so you can share on your personal social media pages if you like. How does it work? Have people choose a calendar day to sponsor. They will donate the amount of money equal to the corresponding number (i.e. June 20 equals donating $20). Keep going until every day is sponsored (a person could technically sponsor more than one day if need be). You will collect the money and then submit the money to our Treasurer, Shannon or Assistant Misty on July 11 at Practice Wear Pick Up so it can be credited to your daughter's account.

Volunteer Time- VIPS

Booster Club is a group of volunteers. It was smartly brought up at last week's meeting that we should all keep track of our volunteer hours. Even attending a booster club meeting count towards volunteer hours. Please take a moment and visit the Volunteers in Public Schools (VIPS) website to learn how to register as a volunteer and log in hours.

Directors' Corner- Ms. Ibanez & Ms. Blankenship

We are so excited to welcome our newbies at Welcome/Farewell on Tuesday. We are looking forward to a fabulous year. Thank you to our new socials for working so hard to plan our welcome farewell event. Friday we have new team photos. I asked the photographer if she could stay longer. Bell students will start with headshots at 4 pm, and all junior high students will now need to meet by 4:30 pm so you can have enough time to get ready and join in the headshots before the team photos.
