Our Life Nourishing Tai Chi class is for those that have completed the Tai Chi Intro Course and received their Level 1 Certificates. Upon completion, this group class will be available at various times throughout the week for different levels of training.
The Level 1-4 Group Practice is approximately 50 minutes for Level 1 students, and then students with Level 2+ certificates will stay and work on their next level material. This pattern will continue for all 4 levels.
When the class schedule only states specific levels at a particular time, only those levels of material will be covered in that course, but all are welcome that have completed those intro programs.
Those enrolled in our Life Nourishing Tai Chi Path will also be encouraged to attend our Intro Course classes. These are different 1-hour, bi-weekly, 6-week programs for each of the levels, that rotate based on student interest and readiness.
These INTRO COURSE classes are at no additional cost.
