Something Rotten

9th grade students have an opportunity to attend a field trip at Davis Tech on Thursday, April 23rd from 9-11:15am. They can pick up a permission slip in the Counseling Center this week. We will be taking the first 100 students that return their permission slips.

Thank you so much for the kind notes to our Staff/Teachers. These notes have been received with immense gratitude! Please keep shouting out all the good things going on in our classrooms. We have the best community! Go Panthers!

Our very own Kareen Patterson has been honored with the Best of Davis award! The Best of Davis Awards honor those in our District who exemplify excellence in their work and make a lasting impact on our students and community. Awardees are selected from nominations submitted by coworkers, supervisors, parents and students. Congratulations Kareen! We are so lucky to have you at Mueller Park Junior High.

Instructional Time Protection

Thank you for the ongoing support you show our school and students. We have recently seen an increase in tardies, and we appreciate your patience as we work to better communicate our tardy system with our community. We will be using a “Start Strong Support” approach, which includes recognizing and rewarding classes at random for being on time. Our goal is to build strong habits and celebrate students who are ready to learn. We appreciate your partnership in reinforcing the importance of arriving to class on time/punctuality. Every minute of instruction matters, and your support helps us protect that time for students.
