Note: If you are not an Assumption parishioner, you must present the CCD Registration Form which you can find below, along with a copy of your child(ren)'s Baptismal certificate (if you are new to the program) by Sept. 10th, 2025. Forms may be dropped off at the Church office or at the CCD table at the back of the Church.
