Progress Update
The buyer of lot 5 will close on the home within the next few days. We anticipate a subdivision maintenance bond to be released back to us in the coming weeks, signifying the completion of all development work. The cabinets are under construction for lot 2. We follow up with the builder regularly to ensure progress is being made.
New Final Photos for Lot 5 are being worked on and will be updated soon.
