THE SESSION
OUTDOOR SESSION AND NATURAL LIGHT

SESSION : I offer a portrait session in connection with my world. There are no moods, subjects, or themes other than you; it's our interaction, the locations, and especially the lighting that will create the photos.
CLOTHING : Take clothes in a light bag (number depending on the option chosen), we move around a lot, to have a choice depending on the atmosphere and lights encountered:
Different shapes, colors and materials
- To put it simply, choose three items of clothing of different shapes, colors, and materials. The clothing will be chosen based on the color and the lighting. They will help enhance the atmosphere.
- A tank top or a transparent garment gently highlights the body, a turtleneck sweater highlights the face, a leather jacket reinforces its presence...
- Avoid large prints, fluorescent colors, and layered clothing.
- I have a beach poncho for changing outfits in public places. This opens up the possibility of choosing clothing. (changing dresses, skirts, pants, etc.)
- Remember that the subject of the photos is you, not your clothes.
MAKEUP : I recommend going natural with really light makeup just for redness
- Avoid overloading with powder, this is visible in the photos
- Limit the spreading of the concealer which creates white areas around the eyes.
- plan to use anti-shine in the summer (I have some in my bag)
- No problem with skin imperfections, wrinkles, dark circles, redness, I touch them up.
HAIR : Bring something to style your hair, tie it up, and a mirror.
JEWELRY : As little or discreet as possible, no nose or lip rings.
MEETING : First, there's a moment over coffee or a drink. We discuss our expectations, and I explain how the session will unfold and give you the keys to my vision of the portrait.
PROCESS : We travel in search of locations and lights, so this session will consist of mini shoots with different lights and atmospheres.
I guide you constantly and in very simple ways so that you maintain emotional freedom at the same time.
DURATION : Allow 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the options.

EDITING :
- I send you my selection of photos, generally a little larger than the number planned so that you can remove some.
- I am solely responsible for the choice of photos (raw photos are not delivered), it is my vision of you that I offer you, a choice consistent with my work in sensitivity.
- Delivery time is within 10 days.
DELIVERABLE : Once your choice has been made:
- I am at your disposal for skin, hair, etc. touch-ups: Once you have made your choice:
- I'm finishing the touch-ups.
- I am sending you the selected photos in two versions:
- In HD quality 6000 x 4000 6MB printable 60x40cm in 300DPI.
- In web quality 1920x1280 600KB for batch sending by email.
- For video a 480P format (social networks) and an HD format in 4K
The photos are generally in horizontal format. They can all be cropped to vertical format.
SHIPMENTS : By file transfer (swisstransfert).
CONSERVATION : I remain the owner of the "natives (RAW)", in case of loss the work remains available on request for 3 years.

PAYMENT & BILLING :
- Payment is made by bank transfer upon receipt of the work or in cash during the session
- For Paris I generally ask for a part on the day of the session
- Possibility of payment in two installments
- I will give you an invoice.

TERMINATION OF RIGHTS & USE :
- I assign to you the property rights attached to the work and in particular the rights to reproduce it, to represent it, to use it and to distribute it, as well as to incorporate it in whole or in part, into any pre-existing work or to be created.
- This contract is concluded without time limit. This assignment is granted for France and abroad.
- For your part, you undertake in particular to mention my name on publications, reproductions and representations of the work, and not to distort the work.
- The Client is not authorized to sell or transfer, for any consideration whatsoever, the photographs, without the prior, express written consent of the Photographer.
- The Photographer undertakes not to transfer intellectual property rights to a third party without the prior, express written consent of the Client.
- You authorize me to use certain photos for the purpose of promoting and promoting my work.
PERSONAL DATA :
- I undertake to keep confidential all personal data from the session (telephone, address, etc.) in accordance with GDPR regulations.
CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS :
- In the event of an unforeseen event making the session impossible (appointment, illness, transport, etc.), information must be provided at least 24 hours in advance. A full or partial refund of the SNCF ticket or hotel may be requested if I am unable to cancel the transport.
- If the weather conditions are not met, the session will be cancelled by mutual agreement.
- In the event of failure of my photographic or computer graphics equipment, the session will not be billed and a new (Premium) session will be offered free of charge as well as reimbursement of your travel.
- Once the service has been performed, no refund is possible.
PRICES :
- The applicable Prices for the various Services are presented in the “Prices” section of the Website.
- The Photographer reserves the right to modify his prices at any time; the service remains billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.
MOVEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION :
- The services are carried out in any location, determined in advance by the Photographer,
- The Client's travel expenses are the responsibility of the Client
- Beyond this area, the Photographer reserves the right to refuse the service or to charge additional travel costs.
- The date of the photo shoot is decided by mutual agreement between the Photographer and the Client
- At the end of the photo shoot, the Photographer undertakes to deliver the photographs via Google Drive link within 10 days.
