WHO AM I?

Portrait photographer, near Avignon. I travel to Paris, Lyon, and Marseille. Other locations are possible.

I create books for actors, artists and models in natural light.

It's our current energies, the light, and the locations that create the photos. There are no set-ups, plans, or moods. A portrait is about capturing a look, an emotion, your essence.

I've always had a connection with art. Painting allowed me to understand the concepts of harmony and composition. Black and white photography taught me that light is the foundation of everything. Portraiture taught me that it's, above all, a human adventure.

• Training: Saturday classes at the National School of Photography in Arles.
• Masterclass : Julien Mignot, Ludovic Carême, Yann Rabanier, Jerome Bonnet, Gregoire Korganov, Annie Leibovitz.
• Miscellaneous: Film projectionist in the era of film reels.

In 2019, I did a workshop with Ludovic Careme, the aim being to create a series of portraits of Emmaus companions. This work was a revelation; I understood that intimate portraiture was my path.

PORTRAIT! A portrait is about capturing a look, an emotion, your essence. Revealing the essential by removing the superfluous. However, my work is perfectly suited to actor portfolios.
