Construction Officially Underway
A quick timelapse view of the first two months of progress.
In early 2024, we shared our vision for a new facility designed to support our continued growth and ability to serve our customers. We are excited to announce that vision has become reality. In April 2026, we officially broke ground, and construction of our new facility is now underway. This project represents a significant investment in our future. The new building will provide a modern, efficient environment designed to support our operations for years to come. With expanded capabilities, updated infrastructure, and room for future growth, the facility will help us continue delivering the quality, service, and reliability our customers have come to expect. Watching the first stages of construction take shape has been an exciting milestone for our entire team. What was once a set of plans and renderings is now becoming a physical reality, and each week brings visible progress as the site continues to develop. To share this journey with our customers, employees, and partners, we have installed time-lapse cameras on-site to capture the construction process from start to finish. In addition, we will be documenting key milestones with aerial drone footage throughout the project. From site preparation and foundation work, building enclosure, and final completion, these videos will provide a unique perspective on the transformation taking place. We plan to share monthly construction updates, including photos, videos, and progress highlights, so everyone can follow along as the project advances. We look forward to showcasing the progress being made and celebrating the many milestones still to come. We are excited about what this new building means for our future and look forward to sharing the journey with you every step of the way.
CMMC Progress
We're excited to share that our CMMC program continues to make excellent progress. Over the next month or so, we expect to achieve CMMC Level 2 Self-Assessment readiness, marking another significant milestone in our commitment to protecting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
We are in the final stages of launching our secure CMMC enclave utilizing Azure Virtual Desktop in partnership with Winsor Consulting Group. This dedicated environment will provide the secure infrastructure needed to support current and future CMMC-related work while strengthening our overall cybersecurity.
By investing in these capabilities now, we are positioning ourselves ahead of the curve and ensuring we are ready to support customers as CMMC requirements continue to roll out across the defense industry.
Celebrating Independence Day
Our team took some time to celebrate the Fourth of July with great food and friendly competition. Everyone enjoyed a delicious lunch featuring homemade pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw, and BBQ beans while taking a well-deserved break to relax, catch up, and spend time together. After lunch, the fun continued with a Family Feud-style competition between our production cells and departments. The teams brought plenty of energy, teamwork, and competitive spirit, making for an entertaining event from start to finish. Congratulations to the Warehouse Team, who claimed the championship and took home the GOAT Trophy! Thank you to Marc Summersett and everyone who participated and helped make this year's Independence Day celebration another memorable event. We had an awesome second quarter of 2026 and look forward to providing more updates as the year continues!
