Registration Schedule: Summer 2026 & Fall 2026 courses

TIPS: How to Prepare Before Registration

  • Check your registration status & holds: Log into myUTSA Account to check your current classification and earned credit hours.
  •  Check for prerequisites: Prerequisites can prevent registration, so it is highly recommended that students address any holds or prerequisite overrides they have or need prior to their registration timeframe.
  • Stay on track with your degree: We want to make sure you are all set to graduate on time, so we recommend using DegreeWorks! You can easily identify courses that have been completed and what courses are still needed in order to fulfill your degree requirements. You can also schedule an appointment with your Academic Advisor!
  • Use our Schedule Planner: UT San Antonio offers a schedule planner to help you build the best schedule possible as it considers your needs. You can customize it to include your course preferences and block off time you have set aside for work or extra-curricular activities. We highly recommend using the schedule planner to create a personalized class schedule just for you!

ONE STOP RISING STARS

February Student Associate of the Month: Alysha Gary

What goal do you want to accomplish by the end of 2026?  By the end of 2026, one of my primary goals that I would like to accomplish is finding full-time employment that matches my personal and professional standards. Considering the flexibility of my degree, I have been considering academic positions with universities and can't wait to change the lives of students one step at a time. What is your favorite quote? "Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome" - Booker T. Washington What advice would you give to a first-time Freshman?   As a first-generation college student, I understand the pressures that being new to college brings and the ability to fall off track and get distracted with outside factors (partying, friends, etc.). I would recommend a healthy balance between all of the things that are important to you to help prevent burnout, also don't be afraid to utilize every resource available as they are there to help you succeed! What fiction or non-fiction character would you like to hang out with and why? I would love to hang out with Lady Danbury from Bridgerton because she is sharp, socially intelligent, and knows how to navigate power and people. I feel like she would give good life advice and we would have fun considering her bold personality! What is your favorite holiday tradition you like to do with your family or friends?  My favorite holiday tradition that I love is wearing matching Christmas pajamas, baking cookies or brownies, and watching holiday movies as a family on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. What is a cool place you would recommend visiting in San Antonio? A cool place I would recommend visiting in San Antonio is Chicken & Pickle. The food is really good and decently priced, plus they have many activities you can do with your friends or family. It is the perfect spot to unwind when you need a change of scenery!

March Student Associate of the Month: Sofia Gonzalez Romero

What goal do you want to accomplish by the end of 2026?  "By the end of 2026, I would like to grow as a person, while maintaining a good GPA and staying at the top of my classes and taking care of my mental, emotional, and physical health. As I look for new opportunities that I could add to my resume. Staying always in touch with my family and friends in my hometown. And at work, at the One Stop Enrollment Center I hope to provide good customer service and being able to improve my communication skills." What is your favorite quote? "My favorite quote is “Patience is a virtue” because sometimes I move too fast, and the ability to stay calm without getting frustrated is difficult for me." What advice would you give to a first-time Freshman? "The advice that I would give to a first-time freshman is that if you work hard and look for your own opportunities, everything will suddenly fall into place. Don’t rush anything and breaks are important." What fiction or non-fiction character would you like to hang out with and why?   "I would love to hang out with an artist maybe Frida Kahlo, Guillermo del Toro, Tatiana Bilbao all Mexican strong figures in what they do. Because they inspire me, it's not only that they have worked hard for the place where they are today, I admire the combination of talent, hard work and how they have been able to transcend not only internationally but possibly through time." What is your favorite holiday tradition you like to do with your family or friends? " My favorite holiday tradition is New Year’s. My family is from the very south of Mexico, and they have this tradition where they fill up a big muñeco and blow it up with fireworks. You can write whatever you don’t want the new year to bring you on it, and then you leave it there. It is supposed to take with it all that you don’t want anymore and keep the good things the old year left."

What is a cool place you would recommend visiting in San Antonio? " A cool place in San Antonio is Confluence Park. They have a dome made out of concrete with a really irregular shape. It’s really interesting and nice to see because it doesn’t just feel like a dome built by itsel, it feels like it’s part of the whole place."
