Science Club - We explored the centre this week! We spent time in the space zone, wow zone and brain zone. The children had lots of fun playing and learning!
Morning Reading - We have been enjoying reading the Primary Times this week. It was full of information, including things to do in the Easter half term!
English - We worked together this week to create a persuasive text to attract tourists to Santorini. To make it catch the reader's eye, we included alliteration, expanded noun phrases and similes! The children will write their own persuasive texts next week.
Science - We finished off our learning on plants this week by looking at pollination. The children were very interested in how a dandelion changes, so we watched a timelapse video that shows this.
WEST Maths Day! - On Friday, it was Maths day! We celebrated by wearing clothes that had numbers or patterns on, and took part in challenging problems we had to solve.
Computing - This week, we have been learning all about emails. We looked at other ways to communicate before sending Miss Sidders an email ourselves! We then went into the computer room to use word to pretend we were going to send an email to our friends and family. The children are getting a lot more confident at creating documents.
